The above said issue might happen due to many reasons like maintenance mode or any issue with the browser we are using. In my case, the scenario was an issue with the browser. Well, not exactly an issue, need to change some site settings. Below are the steps I followed to overcome this issue. After unchecked the check box add the site of your EBS application.
