Assigning Concurrent Program to a Responsibility

In this post we'll see how to assign a concurrent program to a specific responsibility.

Here I'll assign the concurrent Program 'Procurement Document Analyzer' to the responsibility "AP Super User".

Initially the program is not assigned.

Choose System Administrator responsibility and navigate to Security > Responsibility > Define

Now query for the responsibility AP Super User and note down the name under the Request Group.

Now navigate to Security > Responsibility > Request

Here query for the Request group name 'All Reports'.

If you add the program here and try to run the concurrent from AP Super User, you cannot find the program under your responsibility. This is because request group 'All Reports' is mapped to more than one application. 

So here the trick is to query both the Request Group name and the Application of the responsibility "AP Super User"

Now add an entry for the program.

Now run the program from the responsibility "AP Super User".
