R12 Wallet Creation

This document is used to create a wallet file.

Log into middle tier server by using server username/password

Run OWM command

Click on button "NEW".

Click On button "Yes".

Click On button "Yes".

Wallet Password :xxxxxxxx

Confirm Password :xxxxxxxx

Click on button "OK".

Click on Button "Yes".

Enter the information to create identify.

Common Name :
Organition Unit : 
Organzator :
Locality/city :
state/provience :
country :
Key size :

Click on button "OK".

Click on Button "OK".

Clcik on Save button on the Left side.

Choose the folder directory For Example (/usr/tmp).

Click on Button "OK".


Wallet File setup

Navigation: Fund Capture Setup Administrator --> Payment Setup --> Shared Setup

Click on GO TO Task Link for System Security Options
Click on wallet setup button
Enter New Wallet File location of file name . For Example (/usr/tmp/ewallet.p12)
Enter the Password : xxxxxxxx
Select for the system generated to create security key.
Click on button set system key.

In my environment we are having EBS(12.2.5) running with 12.1.0.2 database. One day in our DEV Instance  Front-End is not opening and faced the below error. So I followed the below steps as a solution and it worked. First, generate the JAR files Next, reload the generated jar files to the respective database  Now compile the APPS schema to reduce the count of Invalid objects. Once everything completed, you can clear your browser cache and try to login to the application., but normally the above steps will be accompanied by clearing the middle tier cache.
